Today’s meditation.

And first for the day – a meditation… (what else right? how can we get through the day calmly and compassionately without it?)…

So the meditation challenge for today is to “sit”, calm and quieten the mind and contemplate:

“What is the most important thing in my life today? What am I grateful for today?“

Perhaps you’d also like to keep a journal of what came to you as you contemplated this.
