What I offer

My education (and personal experience) has equipped me with extensive knowledge of holistic nutrition, health coaching, and energetic empowerment. Drawing on these skills, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results in all areas of their life.  I believe that just by making small and consistent changes in our lifestyle and food choices, that step-by-step, we can turn our lives around and create the healthy vibrant life we always dreamed of.

Health coaching

I create a unique and tailor made programme for each individual because I recognise that we are all different and we all have different needs, likes and dislikes.

I am particularly interested to work with people who are stressed, have chronic or adrenal fatigue, food sensitivities, digestive issues and leaky gut but I am equally interested in supporting those people who don’t have these issues but who are really ready to become empowered in their lives and get things back on track – people who are in a transition stage in their life, perhaps struggling with feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to begin to make the changes they know they need to.

I specialise in providing one-on-one support to increase health, energy, vitality, happiness and connection. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that together we will look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

I am fascinated by how our health can improve when we identify our nutritional deficiencies and then work to correct them through the use of nutrition.  I don’t prescribe vitamin and mineral supplements – I prescribe real food and I am excited and passionate about coming up with great recipes and meal plans that incorporate the foods that provide those missing nutrients that then address our health issues.  As a health educator I encourage my clients to do this for themselves too so this becomes an interactive way of working together as opposed to me being the dictator of what the client must eat.  I love to support my clients to learn about the joys of eating real food and celebrate the awakening of their taste buds to all the amazing flavours that nature has to offer!

Health and Wellness Packages

Packages are tailor made to meet the individual’s requirements but here is an example-

6 month Health and Wellness Programme

Includes: 2 x 1hr sessions per month for six months (12 in total). Resources (recipes, meal plans and educational articles). Access to Forum discussions. Between session support via email.
One off up-front payment, total cost:  $1440
Paid monthly in advance – six payments of : $260  (total cost: $1560)

3 month Health and Wellness Programme

Includes: 2 x 1hr sessions per month for three months (6 in total). Resources (recipes, meal plans and educational articles). Access to Forum discussions. Between session support via email.
One off up-front payment, total cost:  $720
Paid monthly in advance – three payments of $260  (total cost: $780)

Nutritional Deficiencies Package

Through discussion we investigate your most prominent health issues and some of your minor ones.  I will then provide you with a list of your nutritional deficiencies and offer guidance of which foods you should increase in your diet to address those deficiencies.  If you have been tested for deficiencies via your doctor or naturopath we can, if you choose, incorporate that into the “foods to increase” list.
Includes: 2 x 1hr sessions. List of deficiencies.  List of foods to increase. Resources (recipes and educational articles) Access to Forum discussions.
One payment, total cost:  $300

Purely Nutrition – Advice Session

1 hour session to answer your questions on nutrition, food sensitivities, gut healing, low stress diets, adrenal fatigue diets, anti-inflammatory diets, etc.  Dietary advice for your education etc.
Total Cost:  $150

All prices quoted are payable by bank transfer.
If paid by PayPal please include $10 extra to cover fees and charges.
