Meditation suggestion for today: Neutral

In meditation today, consider contemplating the word: neutral.

What might it feel like to be a neutral witness of a situation that usually causes you to be stressed or upset?

Can you bring to mind a previous situation where you were not at all neutral (and still may not be), and re-witness it now from a neutral position.

How does it feel to observe it from this new perspective?

What has changed…? How does it feel?

(You might like to make a note of this in your journal)
