Get to know the contents of your own Heart

As you sit in meditation today, focus your awareness on the area of your heart… what does your heart centre feel like? Can you feel it?

Intend that with each breath you take your heart begins to open, expanding and opening further and further with each breath…

Inquire as to the contents of your heart – what does your heart feel about your life right now… happy? excited? inspired? lonely? frustrated?
Allow yourself to feel the truth from your heart’s perspective. Notice a subtle difference in the feeling when an uncomfortable truth comes up for you to witness

Inquire, is there anything that I need to change about my life right now?

State that it is your intention to feel peace and joy in your life and ask your heart to guide you towards that always…

and always listen to what your heart has to say.

Journal your experience of getting to know how your heart feels today and repeat this exercise often.
